... Now I've noticed this issue with other civs too, but according to England's' agenda, they like civs on their continent and dislikes those on other continents as they want to expand to them. Well, anytime I'm on englands continent I'm getting terrible relations (-3 to -5) because they want to expand to this continent - save the fact we're already on the same continent. Reproducible in every game I play where I have England next to me.

(You can ignore this part, not apart of the bug) Seriously, these AI need to be smarter. I really liked the promise of agendas and stuff, but if they don't even follow their agendas. That and the immediately denounce and give you NO chance to win their favor over. Like if you have a "okay" military Egypt comes by, mentions it, and then 2 turns later you're immediately denounced, despite almost everytime it's the beginning of the game and I'm trying to ramp up some military to impress.
