i just finished reading "Eldest", second one in the Inheritance triology by Christopher Paoloni. I thought they were incredible books, everything i would want in a fantasy book. i know the books are pretty much for kids they did win a lot of awards like the first one was #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and it won those type of major awards. which means a number of adults had to have read it. also the books have a realativley high vocabulary so i figure a lot of teenagers must have read it. so has anyone read either of them. if so i would love it if anyone could start a discussion on anything in them.
Just so anyone who haven't read it, it is a great book. it is written in the LOTR style of tolkien's and it also share a number of similarities, for instance dwarves and elves are both in it. however the books have better battles and more of them, as well as a quicker catchier plot line.
