Ormuz: Rushing the offshore platform in Ormuz would be good instead of waiting 51 turns. I added an aqueduct to the que for growth and the next round of celebrations.

Dover: An offshore platform would also benefit Dover if rushed.

This sounds good to me, I agree with every OS being built/rushed. Your thoughts on micromanagement are good too. But I´d like to build a factory next in Brighton instead of library. It makes a good factory spot and having one in this province too would be useful. Great work, Elibb!

library doesn't seem very important at that continent, the homecontinent can do the research. We should be sure however to keep production up at other continents to make lots of money. In this way we can keep taxes low and science high.

Elibb: Thanks for doing such a great job. The micromanaging portion is EXACTLY what I need help with as our empire gets bigger and bigger.

All looks good to me. I think Europa is another area that I have to put some money into for rushing things.
