Not necessarily a bug, but one of those things that would be nice to have.
Whenever there is an election/vote on an issue (or leader) of the AP or UN, the event log notes it as something like: "UN Votes on Secretary General (xxx of yyy votes required." It doesn't, however, actually tell you who won. Sure would be nice if this happened -- especially for succession games, where the current player could always look back through the event log to see what happened during previous players' turns.
