I see a lot of people in this forum who are not part of the C&C one. Have you ever thought of becomming a modder? :)

We do need more pcx graphic artists btw, been needing those since 2006.

You know what, they should mod Civ4 into Civ3 and use it as an opportunity to retain the fun things of the latter game whilst removing the buggy elements such as overpowered armies and city limit bugs etc.

I'm a big customer in C&C but I have no graphics skills at all.

I can use Paint dot net to be able to post pics of stuff and that is where it ends.

Seriously, I have the sea monster graphic to replace whales and I can't even make that happen. ((sigh))

there actually is a civ4 mod for civIII somewhere in these forums. I recall playing it once.

I've considered it, but have not done so as I don't know if I could produce good graphics.

You could try dling Bryce 7 for free, using this thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=386932

If you are familiar with 3d programs then Bryce is the easiest way to create gfx. But it doesnt have a bad learning curve for beginners either.

Besides, no one begins making masterpieces, we all developed our skills :)

Just wondering this. If you wanted to use the Rifleman graphic for 2 different types of units, how would you do it?

You would just set it in the editor to be the same animname.

I haven't modded units in for aeons though.
Hmm... okay, I'll try it. Thanks
