Ocean cities, wonders packs, Future worlds, reform and rule, the air/land/sea unique unit packs, corporations, you name it. I have tired these all individually (one mod loaded, start game, game freezes after i hit begin and my first settler is about be selected)
These mods worked fine about 2 years ago, and i have never been able to get it working since. I have re-installed the game no less than 37 times, verified file integrity 46 times, and for some baffling reason, when run vanilla everything runs peachy, but a single mod destroys my game. And it's EVERY mod.
