extended modern age mod?

I'm looking for a mod with more of an extended modern age (more techs, units, buildings) but so far have only found rise of mankind. I hate the future age though in RoM and the others that i've found, so could anyone suggest a mod with additions to the modern age that doesn't have a silly futuristic age?

Oh and DCM is a must, I can't play any mods w/o it.
