External Consulate T4 P1- Should we build a Byzantine embassy?

btw, if this poll passes, do i still have to ask for the embassy in the budget thread or does this make it official?

You still have to ask for the money for the embassy as the President has to balance the overall budget.

What I posted in the discussion thread:

I've got us doing a luxury trade with the Byzantines. Actually, they're getting a luxury. Thus, happiness isn't an issue. Plus, we really have no need for their information. We can take anyone who dares invade us; military alliances and right of passages are useless. What are they going to do if we viiolate their territory, cancel their luxury and declare war on us?...

We should build it. We were planning to in Term 3, but then the Byzantines declared war on us, a war we were in no hurry to end. Now that we're at peace with them it would be useful to have an embassy.
