External Map Generator for C-evo

I've developed an external map generator for C-evo, based on CivMapGen.

Idea is produce more varied control of the terrain, lots of mountains, desert or whatever.
You can find it here https://sourceforge.net/projects/cevomapgen/

Maps need to be 230% or lower, unless you are playing C-evo Distant Horizon,
which can go up to 400%.

Ahh nice work mate. Last time we spoke you mentioned doing a C-evo version of your good old Civ2 CivMapGen tool so it's cool to see you've made it a reality!
