I'm with Nighthawk on the new generated maps for each new game. We could even take different maptypes for each game as long as they are spherical I'm happy with any of them.

Jon - I talked to that friend of mine last night, and he is very interesting in this game, specifically the ladder system and potentially trading between games. You can mark him down as "Phisportsfan" as our 6th and I will send you a PM with both of our emails, timezones, etc. he is also on PBEM tracker, so no problems there, in fact that will be ideal for both of us.

I have no opinion on restricting starting civs. I am fine with any challenge that comes my way - heres the only question: do we force everyone to be random civs or are we allowed to choose?

I am very much opposed to huts, though if the consensus goes against me it goes against me.

Not entirely sure I understand this whole "trading between games" and scoring system, but the starting a new one after 100 turns and another 100 turns after that with concurrent games sounds like an excellent idea to me.

Also in favor of new maps each game. Different map type or settings I am indifferent to

Yes I believe that is correct as well.

The turn is on phisportsfan... I just spoke to him today, he was at a baseball game last night so didnt get to it last night, but he said he will do it as soon as he gets home from work today.

That being said, I'm after him and I'm the one at a baseball game tonight so... yeah. I am off tomorrow though, so I will do it first thing tomorrow morning.
