You may wish to consider listing them in reverse order based on membership numbers. People tend to click on only the first few links of the list, it would get smaller factions more attention.

I'm going to break convention by posting my thoughts on a convention for this thread. If there is agreement with the proposed convention, discussion will be removed.

It would help our membership to keep this thread free from discussion, and use it strictly for tracking the factions and for announcing faction related changes. Then citizens can subscribe to the thread, and they will be notified of faction related news.
