I have a question, does using slavery violate the double turn rule? Or is it just moving military units?

Getting a weird "invalid connection data" error.
Never mind I got in.
 
I am confused by something - is this an error in civstats? Lev didn't actually finish the turn twice - right? Wouldn't that be impossible?

Or did he happen to login around the end of the turn and civstats/pitboss had to close him out of the system before it could proceed with the next turn?

When you are logged in around a turn change civstats shows you as finishing the turn despite what actually happens.
