Ideas are one thing. Graphic files are another. I'm not opposed to taking an idea and making it better (assuming you really do make it better and not worse... I'm guilty of that myself). What I'm opposed to is taking graphics files and using other people's modified BICs (studying them is okay, but actually using them in your MOD I don't think is). My intention isn't to stifle creativety - quite opposite actually. I think people are much more creative when they start from scratch to emulate or build on another idea.

I just started it up and realized that I didn't fix a problem where you have to press the ESC key to quit the game. Quitting from the main menu doesn't seem to work for some reason. I apologize.
