This world was ravaged long ago by a great conflagration. Much of the world is under fallout or ice. Can you rebuild civilization.

The way our planet is shaping up... would be interesting to make it all fallout and DESERT! lol that's all that'll be left after we're done with the place.

Great idea! I remember the same concept in an old scenario for Civ2! I really enjoed it!
