\I PMed Kinboat about; I'd like to see what props he can provide for such a unit (as I'm quite the admirer of his papaer doll figure) your model is quite good, but far too flashy for my taste; look sliek somthing out of the Napoleonic war, which wwhile others may like, is too obsolete for my likeing.Wyrmshadow said:Or how about this one from the Marine description?
Wyrmshadow said:Infact I lack the body model to do Xen's greatcoat idea. But I do have a boatload of other parts as I wrote above in the edited posts.
BTW, a cuirass could stop a musketball, but I doubt it would work against a Minie ball.

personally, I see them being useful for fighting zulu spears, mounted swordsmen and light lancers, and other people wielding swords, and hand weapons; not necissarilly to be used as gun protection; but somthing to prepare for the events in which hand weapons are ones concern, and not guns

Xen, I hate to burst your bubble, but a steel Lorica would be of tremendous value in the Roman Napoleonic era.

its from the time of the U.S civil war and the British Zulu wars.
if you want Napoleon (and it woudl indeed be amusing if he was a Roman general, wouldnt it) talk to Plotonis, not me
