Farms on Jungle

Not entirely sure if this is a bug, but are you supposed to be able to build farms on Jungle tiles? I mean, I love my Korean Jungle Farms with 2 food and 4 beakers, but it seems a bit odd.

That was added when jungles were reduced to 1
The overpowered part of Korean farms plus science on jungles has more to do with the +2 on farms by default.
