I don't know if this has already been posted, but if it has I'm sorry.
What is your favorite movie?
This isn't my favorite, but I think that Kung Pow is wierd.
I do like Lord of the Rings though.

I think this was already posted....
I'd have to say that the movie I have seen the most is Terminator 2. I'm not sure it is my favorite, though. The Man Who Knew Too Little is really funny.

Yeah I like T2 too, but there are tons of movies I like. Another is Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.

I have seen many very good comedy movies (Planes, Trains, and Automobiles being one of them). Honestly, it is just so hard to choose one.... Canadian Bacon, Bowfinger, Groundhog Day, and many more all come to mind as quite funny.

I've seen Saving Private Ryan, like, a gazillion times, and I'm still not sick of watching it, so it qualifies. Maybe the Indiana Jones movies, too.

I have two(more but I'll only list two):

Gladiator
Lord of the Rings:Fellowship of the Ring

Monty Python - Life of Brian
Usual Suspects
Heat
Pretty well anything with Terry Thomas
Hotshots - just for Lloyd Bridges
Pink Panther series
Some of Chaplin

(Edited for spelling)

Nobody mentioned Star Wars yet.

Everything by Alfred Hitchcock, I especially liked his claustrophobic Rope, adapted from stage.

I like old black & white movies; they often have more gray in the story.

What about about MEMENTO, or did you guys forget that one....

hahahahahah....

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon!

And yes, Aliens, Gladiator, SW, Usual Suspect, Heat, the're so many 5-star movies

Best "buddy movie" of all time - Kelly's Heroes. Man I love that one so much I well up whenever I hear the theme music

Best line in the whole thing -

Telly Savalas (under heavy mortar fire) - "what did headquarters say?"

Weedy Corporal - "we've been ordered to hold"

TS (furious) - "HOLD?! I'll tell 'em what to hold!!"

Tough to choose just one:

The Big Lebowski
Clockwork Orange
2001
The Natural
Meaning of Life

Star Wars
Indiana Jones
Life of Brian
LOTR
Saving Private Ryan
Bridge on the River Kwai
Patton
Planes, Trains, & Automobiles

Heat
Bringing Up Baby
Usual Suspects
Kelly's Heros
12 Angry Men

plus many more.

Band of Brothers - Best book and movie that I have ever seen. Ten hours long, but brilliantly done. Comes out on DVD in November. If you have HBO, you can watch it on there.
