Civ-Specific Abilities: I always play with this on, mutliplayer or otherwise
Accelerated Production: Playing mutliplayer without this option on is just plain crazy
Regicide: Makes for an exciting game
Mass Regicide: Doesn't make the game as "special" as regicide, but still adds excitement to the game
Victory Point Locations: Never tried it in multiplayer, but I know it would be fun
Capture The Princess: Same as above
In other words, all of them but elimination. Elimination is just too quick and, well, seems pointless. I mean, not being able to have any of your cities taken over is just a little harsh...
You also forget some others, such as cultural conversions, but no big whoop.
Mostly because it makes the game go more quickly, which is good for mutliplayer. (I guess I withdraw my crazy statement. )
The thing I don't like about it, though, is that due to the doubled production the difference between units is often minimalized. For example, instead of a more expensive unit taking 10 more turns to build, it might only take 4.
