I liked the Napoleon one because I like warfare from that time period interesting

I agree. Napoleon's is the best. Considering I just learned more about him in AP Euro, I enjoy this one even more.

I like Napolean and Alexander because every single scenario is interesting. Entire world is just War Party, or Nomad in the begining, then generic conquest after that. New World is good, but still kinda boring battles. Cold war has scenarios and all, but they aren't as hard as Alaxander or Napolean ones.

I suppose "The Entire World" ranks highest on my list. I really dislike the limited freedom they give you for the Napolean and Alexander campaigns when you start out. At least give us the option to play one of the other major powers in both campaigns. I like "Cold War" more, but I find the Inchon Offensive scenario too difficult (and since when did South Korea have palm trees in the wild?). I have no problems in particular with "New World", though I find some of its scenarios challenging.

Cold War right out favourite!!! I love playing as the Soviets and nuking the Americans at the end once I can wage war on them - I usually wait for them to waste their money and then blast them into debris!

Entire World's pretty good too, but it feels a little too much like loads of quick battles joined together, but I like to cover the entire world in Russian armies!:goodjob:

one problem with the entire world i find is usually its the minor nations that win along with me, korea owns asia, I own Europe, Sumeria i think owns africa *dont know if sumeria exists*, Inca owns South America and Iroquois own North America

all nations that dont even exist (North Korea, South Korea but no actual Korea)

Yeah, I have the same problem as this. I always end up with the Inca or somebody controlling most of Western Europe while I have East Europe and North Asia and the Aztecs or someone has South America.

It sucks, because I'd much rather fight the Americans or the British or someone with decent units. But it's easier to nuke the insignificant ones!:nuke:

Someone on the Heavengames forums has designed a CTW campaign for world war one which is pretty good. You do have a bit of struggle trying to get to your enemies through your allies, so don't play British, but you can play all included nations including the Dutch & the Slavs which is good.

Of the ones above though, I go Cold War. Spy missions, nukes, historical turning points. It's so much to keep you entertained. I enjoy playing Soviet Russia. Has anyone else noticed that when invading the American capital on the Atlantic seaboard (coming from Canada), when you take New York, there is a bug where several Statue of Liberties are tiled on top of each other. I get a sadistic joy as I watch the Americans blitz their own wonder again and again.

I liked the Cold War campaign. Modern period is my favorite in this game, and the scenarios are really fun. (Inchon offensive is so much fun :goodjob:)

I also liked Napoleon, that time period is my second favorite in the game. Alexander I didn't like at all. I love the time period in reality, but not in the game. New World, I haven't played enough of to have an opinion of.

I actually like the Alexander the Great Campaign the best. Its very fun and intricate as well as realistic.
