On a completely different note:
Is open-borders hardcoded so that it can't be demanded for peace? I mean it makes sense that one could demand right of passage privledges for the end of conflict, especially if you wanted to get at somebody behind them, or convert them to a religion that is not currently in their lands.
Anywho, just wondering...
