2) Why in a city of mine, a wonder of the world (Temple of Arthemides), in city view is not visible?
3) Can Barbarians appear also in terrain that I am seeing in that moment?

1) Why in some city, sometimes the granary has no effect?

Before the granaries effect becomes visible, it needs to filled. If at the moment you complete it in a city there is no food, it will still have to fill the whole food supply before the granary starts working. Also when your city is growing to size 7, it might seem to you like the granary has no effect.

2) Why in a city of mine, a wonder of the world (Temple of Arthemides), in city view is not visible?

The new wonders in c3c are not included in the city view. Since this almost noone ever looks at it the makers decided to spent their time on more usefull things.

I don't think so.

No, you can use this to your advantage by placing a unit on the top of a mountain near your cities to stop barbarians appearing close by.
