FF2 crashes every time.

I have BTS updated to 319, I installed FF2, and the o patch, but when I try to set up a game it crashes every time after I click LAUNCH. Help please?

1) Did you get the downloads from this page:

2) Is the mod FFH2 in the correct directory?

Are you sure you updated to 3.19 properly? Have a look in 'advanced->about this build'. The in-game updater is known to not work very well, if at all. If you're not at 3.19, get the standalone patch as an exe instead of updating in-game.
