CRASH does not consider China a threat to the world; if anything their efforts have helped bring peace and stability to Asia. While the power of an Asian alliance naturally is a bit worrying, we're confident of China's good intentions.
We also have no clue what this "Hawai'i" is, barring the actual geographic region, which as far as we know are still in a state of anarchy following the Revolutions. So we suppose it's only natural that it would be destroyed.
Furthermore, terrorism is not a threat to our world order. Short of a state monopolising the use of superweaponry to hold the peoples of the world hostage.

After due deliberation, we will be pooling superweapon research with Luxembourg. We also propose pooling research with Kentucky, Ontario, LINK and the Southwest Republic. This program is solely for deterrence purposes, in a world where superweapons are proliferating at an alarming rate.
Luxembourg and CRASH have agreed to rename their alliance "NATO" - the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. CRASH invites Kentucky, Ontario, LINK and the Southwest Republic into this defensive alliance, so as to enhance north American and Western European Security. Si-Fan is naturally also invited due to its stake in both regions.
CRASH also proposes the creation of the North Atlantic Free Trade Area, to be separate yet associated with the NATO alliance. CRASH already enjoys free trade with Luxembourg, but proposes that Si-Fan, Luxembourg, CRASH, Kentucky, LINK, Ontario and the Southwest Republic all come together and abolish the trade restrictions between them.
CRASH also implores Kentucky and LINK to adopt the Amero, to further reduce limits on goods going between the borders.
