With standard weapon or with RPG?

I want to use it with little changes as WW2 german infantry in CCV (already done) and the germans had an early version called "Luftfaust" - a modification of the "Panzerfaust".

And units must not be always authentic but useful.

The unit must have the same style as the others and must behaive like the normal sam_infantry in game. Don't care about the weapon. I can change it myself if needed. Model for the weapon is exisiting. Some where on my HD.

Where is the tutorial you read? And would you also like to become a member of the Community Civ V art-team?

Ok as I said to You, I made this texture to make it seem an italian ww2 general... (I downloaded izarc, but I don't find in xp pannel control the Dos promt to register it)... it is a bmp file to convert in dds, I changed the german cross into the italian cross for Albany campaign.
The one in the photo is a captain, I used the aeronautic general rank that seems the ones used by Italian MVSN/CCNN "M" Battalion... http://www.diggerhistory.info/pages-uniforms/italy2.htm ... As always my work is only an idea... better reskinning are welcome!

I had only profited of the occasion of this version of a general with jacket and this kind of cap... and to attempt my reskinning... but I'd like to have your version. And He should have a Berretta and not a Luger :-$

Probably within 24hrs... I've been rather painstaking in doing this... including a new tunic (with tie), I've also done the Bustina cap, and a lot of research on insignia... I'm also doing multiple uniforms (different colors).

During The Winter War Finns used 20mm cannons. Problem was that we had on
couple of these weapons when the war started:

Later we had so called "norsupyssy" (20 mm Antitank-rifle L-39 "Elephant gun") that during Continuation War L-39 saw large scale use (1.850 made). 20mm cannons and rifles were effective against T-26 and BT-7 tanks but they didn't have firepower to take down T-34. Elephant gun could also be mounted into rotating system and use it as Anti-air gun.

We had also 37mm anti-tank guns in The Continuation War:

1944 there was some 75mm guns as well which German gave us. Some mines were used to stop tanks. Still the most effective way to stop and destroy tanks were first putting wooden log into tank's tracks to stop it from moving and then throwing molotoff cocktail to it's engine's air in-take. Bazookas or other rocket weapons we didn't have - at least didn't see any mention about them when I was checking some Finnish war history sites.

Erm... SAM stands for Surface to Air Missile. It's not some sort of anti-tank weapon.
The elephant gun sounds okay, but from the look of it there's not much of an ammunition feed into it.

Lahti L-39 aka elephant gun has has 10 20 mm rounds, I think that 20 rounds would have been more then you would need to take out the tank when they where moving in convoys you place out some Panssarimiina m/44 that had a wooden casing so it would be hard to spot and then they would be stuck and have to give there tanks up. And it had very good accuracy so 20 rounds would do so it could take down an IL-2 Sturmovik .

Ah yes, I mixed up bazookas and SAMs when I was looking for info. Finland had neither of them during WW2.

I checked bit more info about our air defense.

before the start of WW2 we had for air defense:

28 x 76mm heavy anti-air guns
9 x 40mm light anti-air guns
24 x 20mm light anti-air guns
125 anti-air machineguns

Once war started Finland acquired 76 more anti-air guns and 169 different types guns from Sweden, Italy, Great Britain, Germany and Denmark.

For Continuation War Anti-air gun amount was increased from 382 to 941.

Yes but it did still shot down some planes by shooting there pilot or gunner thanks to its accuracy and the AA edition are fully automatic so it has good chans to shoot down a low flying plane with a few rounds
