I will the be the first to acknowledge that Aspyr has done an adequate job of porting Civ 6 to other platforms, but the length of time it takes is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. As a developer myself I understand the complexities of migrating an application. I believe the amount of lost revenue and goodwill to the Civ community is fairly large by Aspyr not having ported Rise and Fall to the IOS a full 10 months after it's release!!! As a multiple platform owner of Civ 6 and someone who has purchased every version since the original Civ 1 believe the game would benefit from another developer taking over the conversions of your fabulous games. I don't play my IOS version nor will purchase the Switch revision since Rise and Fall in no where on the horizon. No one wants to continue to play the original version almost a year after the first expansion has been released. Cut your loses with this developer and move forward with someone who can release ports in a timely manner.

I don’t think it has anything to do with Aspyr. They don’t own IP here, hell not even Firaxis owns anything here. It is 2K who makes decisions about when to develop or release something. I believe Aspyr simply has not been contracted to do any further jobs because the sales are not satisfactory.

Really, Aspyr has done a great job getting this into our hands and they have commented in the past they are working on Rise and Fall... even if they do not get it out for whatever reason, having Civ 6 on the iPad means alot to me and others and there is no reason to insult them or the rest of the community.

I agree. However I also would like to see a shorter timeframe between PC, Mac and Ios releases. They don't have to drop on the same day, but I'd like the updates to be a bit faster for the "secondary" platforms. For players who only own the game on the Ipad, it's not a big deal. But I bet there's a lot of us that just love Civ and want it on as many platforms as possible. The Ipad is a great platform (and Aspyr did a wonderful job porting it) for Civ6, but I have to drag the laptop to bed for some late night gaming nowadays - I don't enjoy vanilla any longer.
