First time Arabia (multiplayer)

Playing my first game ever in BNW and first game ever as Arabia (multiplayer, AIs and 2 friends, small continents, standard stuff)

I'm currently like this:

Went Liberty, planning to build Petra in Medina.
I have Bismarck and China as neighbors, but they are a bit far away so I hope they DoW each other.

Make sure you abuse coastal trade routes to grow Mecca and Medina asap. Not sure why you're taking 15 turns to build a Worker this early when you could have just stolen one from a nearby CS. Liberty was a weak start given that you're only looking at 4 cities. Should have just opened Tradition. You had plenty of mines to work and possibly some trees to chop to power some Settlers out.

Baghdad should have been planted north of your Cap on the Coast for an additional coastal trade route plus the additional unique luxury. Damascus could have then been planted along the river to the East in between where your 2 cities are now.

You only have 3 unique luxuries for 4 cities so happiness is going to suck. Baghdad is just in a terrible spot really. Damascus too for that matter. You really should have been looking to abuse your rivers and coasts. Those cities just aren't going to do anything. Next time you need to be much more mindful about your city locations. Maximize your use of rivers and coastal cities whenever you have a coastal cap. Sea food trade routes provide insane amounts of growth.

Pretty much approved what Tich said. Tradition with better cities spots would have been stronger. You had plenty of time to settle. A fast 2 cities NC(turn 60-65) with 2 more cities built after would have been even better.

After currency, I think you should go for Philosophy (with the purpose to build NC), then beeline Civil Service => Education => Astronomy (if you have not met all the civs) or Chivalry (camel archers). Meeting all other civs earlier will let you get advantage of bazaars by selling out lux duplicates as well as host the World Congress.
But you should keep an eye on Germany. The germans may try to strike you by making use of knekhts before you get Chivalry.
