Fish Flake request

I've got the basic model done, but am not sure how to handle the pier since I don't know how it will arrange itself in game. I assume if you swap it out with the harbor it'll work, but don't really know.

You could always just open up the harbor model and take a look at how that's aligned, and adjust your model accordingly.

What would the stats of the Fish Flake building be? Would it give you extra health from fish, or maybe extra food from fish? (That would be great for cities far away from any fish yet still are coastal cities.) I know it's a bit late to ask, but, well, I am curious.
