Tried a few times varying moves but this save file crashes to desktop at the end turn stage everytime for me DX11/Win7

First time I loaded the game I could play to the next turn without a CTD, but I got the strangest message (see attached screenshot) from Japan. They're worried about my relationship with myself? Second time, I simply crashed with no such message.
