[FIXED] Crash to Desktop on Turn 1516

[TPQ]

This is the first time I've gone beyond the 2050 time victory, as I'd been building an invasion force to take on India so I could get a bit of experience with fighting a Civ with equal tech and some modern units.

CtD each time I click Next Turn, on turn 1516. Please See my save game and see if you get the same.

System Spec:
Intel E6600 @ 3.2GHz
2GB RAM @ 1600MHz
HD4850 512MB
XP SP3 (So, DX9)
1280x1024, 60Hz, V-Sync On

Patch 1.0.0.20.

I've not had a single CtD since I've had the game (which I got on UK release) and it runs very well on my system, with the exception, of course, of all the bugs the game has.

I can confirm a ctd using windows 7 32bit dx11. you hit a bug that hit back.
