[BTS] Flank Attack Bug?

I attacked Hammy's SoD with cuirs. 90% winrate, killed half of it. The next turn he massacres my cuirs because for some reason, despite winning almost all their fights, not one of my cuirs managed to do a single flank attack against any one of his dozen cats. What gives?

Was the stack in a city (or fort, I guess)? Did a quick test and found no flank attack occurred when the defender is in a city or fort. Think I also read that somewhere a long time ago, but can't seem to find a thread where it is discussed.

Yep--cavalry can't flank attack siege in cities or forts. Functions as designed.
