Flip Zones in the Americas

I was just curious if anyone had any maps of the flip zones for the different civs that spawn in the late game in the Americas? In particular I was interested in Canada as I was planning on playing a US game and was wondering where I could settle in the far north of the continent without having my cities flip over to Canada later.
