Foreign Advisor Windows

Bug report:

Click on the foreign advisor window - it displays different coloured lines, with a key in the bottom left explaining each one (i.e. war, open borders, etc.).
Switch to one of the different tabs within this window, then return to the 'relationships' tab - the lines are still there but all the text is missing...

Can you show a screenshot of this anomaly?
Which graphics card are you using (brand, model and driver number)?
Did you download the latest graphics drivers from your cards manufacturer?
