Hmm, in my last game Boudica had a camp on a tile that also had jungle on it. If building a camp removes the jungle, and jungle can't spread to tiles with improvements, how then could this happen?

I can't use Barbarians to pillage my railroads. I'm one of those types who actually build a freaking great wall! Besides, by the time I have forest preserves, there are no more Barbs as there is no more land for them to appear on.
Short of nuking the square with a tactical nuke, I can't get rid of that one railroad!
At that point you're exploiting game mechanics so much that you might as well open up worldbuilder.1. Give city to friend/super weak A.I.
2. Declare War on them.
3. Pillage improvements.
4. Declare peace and have friend give you back city. or
5. re-take city.
I realize this isn't ideal, but if you need to get rid of roads, I'd think it's better than nuking.

Not sure. If it's not, you can always boot up the game in single-player, fix things, then boot it back up in multi. Unless that's not possible now.Is WorldBuilder available in multiplayer?

And I wouldn't really call that an exploit, since really I should be able to pillage my own roads as it is.

It can spread to tiles with resources (I had a forest spread to two deer tiles in my current game). I don't know how it alters chances.Can forests spread to tiles with a resource (not improved) in it ? And does the presence of the resource affect chances ?
Lame. Why would they remove that capability?Last time this was possible was in Civilization 3...
