I would have seriously considered paying for my own internet connection at college if I had not been able to access this site.

"Game" sites are blocked 24/7, let this is a LIVE IN college!

A lot of times proxy ports are blocked and unaccessable from workplaces. It depends on how the network administrator sets up the firewall.
