Fox hunting has returned

So much for the argument that hunts wanted to retain their 'sport' for reasons of tradition

I think that was a valid reason, you've simply shown your partisan nature as regarding this issue.

Since they cannot by means of tradition continue to hunt foxes with large packs of hounds, yet they can still use the hounds to flush out prey they've made the best of it. The only difference I can really see is that the distress of the captured beast is somewhat lessened as the chase won't be as great in duration.

If the sneaky fox goes down a hole...then the pack come and are left around there for a while with paws so keen on a-diggin', it'll be a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire for that fox. Forget foxes, go get badgers instead!!!

Under current legislation, it would be illegal to let the pack dig. Beagles do not dig particularly well which is why a man with a shovel traditionally accompanied them.

We may have suffered a breakdown of communication on the other issues... *crackle* you are breaking up... *bzzzp* can you repeat that?

Its a maori Traditon to hunt and kill english people, I hope those liberal idiots won't stop this.
That is a good comparison. I like it :D

Policemen are rare enough on the roads catching the 99.9% of people that speed each journey they make, what chance that they'll catch them digging a hole. If any police do turn up...well, it is them vs a bloody great eagle, 40 dogs and now you've updated my info - 8 men/woman on horses with big shovels. What chance it getting reported?
