I still have problems receiving notification mails from CFC (that is I just don't get any mails). I tried all three of my e-mail accounts but none of them seems to work. :(

Does anyone know a free email-provider that allows telefragged-mails, so I could open an acount there?

So does Yahoo. Their storage is also twice of Hotmails, at 4mb per. I also get less spam off of Yahoo then Hotmail, but then, I'm very careful about my email addys lately.

Edit: Might want to try out NetZero, as well. I have had an email account from the for close to four years now, and you don't need to be logged into their dialup to d/l mail. Since I get plenty of spam off of them, they just might allow telefragged to get through to. www.netzero.net.

do they allow downloading my emails via POP3?

Seems opposite to me. I have a Yahoo account, and it gets much more spam. But that junk bin feature is nice. :D

yippie, I got a notification message for a reply on this thread on my brand-new yahoo-account. thx guys :)

Yahoo will allow you POP3 access, if you pay them $20 a year. But it's also tied into Yahoo Messanger, so you can see when you have new mail. I also use Yahoo companion, and it puts an icon into the companion bar to let me know I've got mail. I see this from any browser window i have open. Interestingly enough, I only chat with one person on Yahoo. Most of the rest is on AIM. Go figure. . . .

There's also a program called Yahoopops, at yahoopops.com I think. It allows POP3 access.

Me neither, but I have GMX mail. I don't remember changing any spam settings... I thought TF had disabled it to reduce the usage of bandwidth...

my primary adress is gmx as well, and there I didn't get any notification mails. but since I changed it to yahoo it seems to work again.

yeah, it is yours, TF. I used to get excited, that you were sending me email, until I figured it out that you're not sitting there typing in each email, that it's autogenerated. I thought, 'man, his job must suck.'
