I've fixed a lot of what you guys are talking about and will be posting an updated .biq soon.

And yes, the Soviets are meant to be playable.
 
The only thing I have left to rebalance is the techs, but real life has been keeping me busy, so I'll probably be posting the updated .biq this weekend. That's when I'll finally have some free time.

A loooong time in my experience but then I think it's a job best left to the playtesters so c'mon Commodore ;) (Only kidding I know these things take time and when time is in such short supply there's not much you can do about it).
 
Sorry to inform you guys of this, but some serious personal issues have come up and I won't be able to update for about a month :( . I know this sucks, but please be patient. I will return to this and finish it.
 
Cool! You used my city graphics! I think this will be one of the first times that I will be in someone's credtis.

The scenario looks very promising, but I do have a few questions/ideas:
- why is the city called "Gulf City", when it's obvious that it's New York?
- the tech tree is very close to the EFZI2 tech tree that you based it on. Maybe you should change it a little/a lot.
- I think the Soviets need a new Leaderhead, Bismarck looks too German.
 
It is called Gulf City because that was the name I was going to use before Weasel Op gave me that map of New York and I just forgot to change it.

Thanks for the feed back everyone. Once I'm able to work on this again I'll be sure to implement these changes.
 
I'M BACK! Things weren't as bad as I originally thought and my problems were sorted out pretty quick so now I can finally update this thing and move closer to the final release.

Edit: KA thanks for the tire fort (and thanks to Warwind for making it). Does anyone know of any leaderheads that look like General Tatarin and Chris Stone?
