freeze and exit crash since australian patch

Currently 2 issues bother me with civ 6 since the australian patch.

1 Freeze: In between turns and especcially if i`ve been busy opening up tabs. In between processing 2 turns after pressing end turn. The screen freezes for like 10 seconds. It is not super annoying but very noticable. Not clicking on anything in between processing seems to help.

2 exit crash: I`ve only encountered it once but i guess this will come back when i play more civ 6. When i am in the main menu and i exit the game. I get a black screen. The only way to get out of it is go into task manager and restart or turn off my pc. (i do this in windows 10 by clicking on the power icon at the right bottom of my screen)

Does anyone have simular issues with the game. I dont think it has anything to do with the couple of mods i`ve installend on steam: Quick UI and moar unit mods.

I think that at least the 2nd one is here from the beginning. I get both of them: the first happens to me in the late game (but it's still pathetic cuz I almost always play standard maps with 8 civs only). Crash/freeze on exit happens to me after a longer gameplay only.

Crash on exit happened only in the beginning for me. It has been gone for 2-3 months.

I play on slow game speed games. Freezes in between turns tend to happen as early as about 60-70 turns into the game.

Freeze on exit has been around since launch and still happens to me regularly. Have to use task manager to force shutdown.
