Hello,
My game keeps freezing (the cursor dissapears, windows doesn't respond and the game stops) on the civ select menu in the tutorial. In single player I can press OK for random civ but can't select any civs as it also crashes. Then on random civ when the game loads it freezes/crashes again. I have no idea what to do. If a post has already been directed at this problem please point me to it. My logs are as follows:

[513.949] DBG: Begin MenuManager
On re-start I sometimes get a windows serious error reporting message, which in condensed form basically says the following:
C:\DOCUME~1\Simon\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9780.dir00\Mini121805-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Simon\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER9780.dir00\sysdata.xml
Error caused by a device driver
Error Message: STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)
My system spects are also as follows:
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
2.08 GHz, 512 RAM
Windows XP SP2
Let me know if it is something I can fix, otherwise I will take the game back tomorrow. It seems ridiculous that errors occur in games like this....the game should be playable on most modern computers without problem! Any problems should have been sorted out in the testing stage. Long live the old problem free days of Civ2! Thank you to anyone in advance!
Kind regards,
Simon
