Organization (left side) gives 25% towards workers, as you said. However, Liberty (right side), which gives a free worker and 3 per city, also increase improvement rate by 25%.

EDIT : I misread and just saw that you precise Organization. So you didn't take Liberty ?

Seeing the numbers is fascinating. Is there a table that has all the improvements or is that something buried in the code? Just curious

I've played Vox Populi for years.. but this is my first time posting, so I apologize if this has been answered. Is there a fix to the Espionage issue? It has always been bugged for me. No matter how many spies you have defending your bases, they never do anything. Am i stupid?

I've been playing Espionage OFF a year or even longer. Now VP congress passed a couple of changes https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/6-36-espionage-overhaul.686473/
I think it will take a while to make them work.

I have searched in here, google, youtube and all over. Is there a VP world wonders tier 1 list anywhere, or doe`s someone have one to chare, that have a lot of hours playing VP?

Depends on strategy and Civ you play mostly, for example Pyramids are mostly a Tradition Wonder, since it allows you to get an early settler which does not harm your capital growth, and bonuses based on GPs. Bonus point if you play Venice, since you have a limited supply of self-founded cities.

Hi,
1: It will be done, but as a modmod so people can test it.
2: The last one is good, but better if you do not use EUI.

Yes, mine has Boreal for VP, then it skips to Continents, Europe for VP, and Four Corners for VP. This is only after I installed the 4.9.1 Modpacks, maybe there is something wrong there?

EDIT: I took out the files as a DLC and ran the mods normally, and the Maps show up just as you have above (including Communitas). So, there is apparently something wrong with the Modpack install (or with me lol) so i will ask over there, thanks for the quick response Hokie!

EDIT 2: For those interested, copying the mapscript lua directly into the assets/maps file from Steam makes this work using the modpacks, of course this alters the actual files installed by the game so tread carefully!
