Just write some kind of a program that makes FfH run those games. And have it do your job (and save the results) for you. Then run it while you are away from home. (Nope I can't do it.)
Some good debate here on OCC. I suppose the best way to playtest it would be for a multiplayer game, small map, OCC with ai controlled sidar, khazad and Kurio. The question is, does anyone have the patience to run several hundred games?
Comparing AI controlled civs won't really tell you anything. We all know the computer is useless at micromanagement and optimization, so looking at different nations as played by the AI won't give you any idea of which is actually best.
For a true comparison, you really need to compare how well experienced human players play the same start with the different civs.
Also the AI currently has no clue how to use shades i believe. So there is nothing in terms of insight gained from AI behavior of Sidar in terms of handling OCC.
But the Sidar are the blatantly obvious kings of OCC (in a human players hands.).
Just look at the survival challenge games (thread should be somewhere around those forums).
Its easiest to win those as Sidar (if doable at all) even vs. 3 allied (deity) AI at peace with the barbs (no reloads save for continuing session of course.). That should be enough testing / proof. (Given thei Worldspell also helps disproportionally in that setup but still...)
But the power of the Sidar is strongly tied to the power of barbs in a given game. So no barbs clearly means weaker Sidar (unless you play an all war game vs. allied AI anyways in which case there is not much difference...).
Not really. I severely doubt the games with different civs will be quite that neck-and-neck. I suspect that 2 or 3 games with each civ would be enough to confirm the frontrunner in an OCC game with a certain set of map settings. (Of course, if you majorly change the map settings then you need to play another 2 or 3 games to check again. Some civs will be better suited to different maps, so you can't ever really claim one civ as "the best" overall.)
