Fundamentalism

Oh there IS a limit. Well, thanks for the warning. Gotta download that "Fix-the-Treasury" patch. Can it fix an ongoing game, or do I need to start a new one to get over 30k?

Yes the upper limit is around 30.000 and there is a patch to fix that - in my most recent game I had 84.000 in the end - my cities where producing about 3.000 every turn even if the tax rate was 0%!!!

I can see that happening in Fundamentalism with all the tithe income (multiplied by stock exchanges), but as I got the impression you play in Democracy, how is that possible?

Something to do with the Capitalization improvement?

Well muumuu with 94 out of 95 cities being fully developed and all on capitalization then you can get a lot of money from you cities!!!

I find fund gov to be a good gov but unless you have a production capability that can produce a large amount of units you should stick to communism or democracy

Fundy is a great government if you know how to use it. Get a courthouse in every city ot increase bribe rates and you can build temples, cats, colos in every city(I got up to +15000 a turn once). The science lack can be made up in the form of spies and diplomats and the cities you conquer under this government since Fundy is strictly military and no people are ever unhappy.

In the later game, fundy is my favorite goverment to operate under because I can easy quadruple my military under it.

I don't know why all you people are complaining about science. Yes, it is halved, but if you have a good cities, then you'll end up like me. When I switched to Fundy, I had 1 tech every 3 turns. Not bad eh?
