Funniest video game glitches you've come across

I've learned as of recent I have a ..... well, talent for breaking nearly every video game I touch. Often when I'm not even trying.

I might post more of my own later, but what are your favourite video game glitches you've actually come across?

CivII had a large number of bugs, which remained to the end. But some were easy to use for scenario purposes. The coolest of those was that sometimes (no one explained fully when, afaik) a unit of an enemy civ was able to attack another unit of the same enemy civ, as if they were in war and different factions.
I made use of that bug in my CivII scenario, so as to have it trigger the event "civil war in Lombard-held Thessalonike", in the era of the Latin Empire following the 4rth crusade.

Well, I don't know if this was actually a glitch or just a hidden feature that lets you use a freecam. But either way, it was one of the weirdest things I've ever seen happen in a game.
