Well, Civ4/Warlords permits us to bomb enemy units if they're in a friendly city. The U.S. must have an Open Borders agreement with Somalia.

This would be funny if was not the start position that I got in an Multiplayer game.

in my latest game i eventually put a city at the southern end of the land purely to claim the deer and fur resources i didn't have. later i took some engineers over to the couple of tiles connected to the ice at the edge of the map to mine the tundra hill and lumbermill/railroad the forest.

i like the aqueduct. these guys went to extra trouble to make sure they get really cold water! ships passing through better be careful i suppose.

Atlas, what did you do to tick off the RNG? That has to be the worst starting location I've ever seen.
