Somehow I found this funny because she was saying We are Victoria and then stuff about inferiors, it just sounded like something the Borg would say and was just funny to me. (I'm playing the Incas and yes my name is Joshua)

edit: I also took the screenshot at a bad time and so she just looks wierd since I took it right when she blinked.

yea, the first time I saw that with one of my ships, I thought it was sinking! but then I moved it around and it apparently just tilts like crazy. Normal sailing ships don't do that, a racing yacht or a fast sailboat could do that because they have a lower center of gravity, but not the big masted ships.

I dont think thats world builder..

In the screenshot thats his only city which makes it possible to have them all in the same city.

ifI doupt its world builder. Who would only have one city at that time? My guess is that its a OCC on settler difficulty.
