G&K Gem: Weird crash

Hi

Would love to try this mod but can't get it to work.

When I start a new game and move my warrior around the unit doesn't remove the "fog of war" when exploring new tiles. Furthermore he disappears, yet I can still move him around - as many tiles as I like until the game eventually freezes.

And yeah I tried the common bugs checklist
