Game differences with different pc's?

I have BTS installed on 2 different pc's (one running XP and the other Win7) and have noticed that the maps generated on the Win7 pc are generally horrible compared to the other pc. An example is that there are times that I get NO in the capital (this includes no floodplains). In general, they are lacking an abundance of food. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Nope, not at all, sorry. The actual game behaves just the same for me on W7 as it does on XP.
