Game does not launch after first installation

Have just purchased this game (yes I know I'm behind), and after installation and reboot the game does not start.

Have tried various ways of launching it and at one point it told me it could not launch because it could not find the bink32.dll file - but it's there!

Have reinstalled three times now (complete fresh installations), anyone else having this problem?

My specs are way way above required btw.

EDIT: I have overwritten the file on my hdd by using the one off the CD already.
