Game keeps minimizing - how to fix?

The title says it all. I played for 30 minutes after installing, had no issues, saved the game and exited Civ4 and went to school. Come home and load up the game, now it automatically minimizes Civ4 to the task bar every 15 seconds or so, and often re-minimizes RIGHT after I maximize it again.

Any thoughts on how to fix this issue? It's HIGHLY frustrating

Maybe spyware causing problem?

I've been having the same problem, although not as frequently, the game is still playable. The first time it happend it was my anti-virus popping up but since then i have not seen anything causing it. It just minimizes and there is nothing else going on with my computer that causes this. I do have spyware and anti-virus but have never experienced this problem with other games.
