Are their any current Game of thrones mods/civs/leaders (any of the above) out or in development for Civ 4/Warlords/BTS. Id love to play a game as House Stark. If you guys could lead me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes there are a couple... only one was a full mod and stopped at v0.1 - I haven't played it but it looks like the map, major civs, units and some tech tree were in
